- 2 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- ½ cup chopped spinach
- ½ cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 sliced tomato.
- ¼ cup chopped or sliced olives
- ½ cup pepperoni (if you prefer)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
Instructions:
