Ingredients:
- 3 Tortilla wraps
- Your favorite sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup sliced olives
- SPRITZ Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- 4 spoons of Flour
Instructions:
- Prep the Filling and the glue: In a small bowl, shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, and sliced olives. mix the flour with a little bit of water till you get a thick glue.
- Cut and fold the tortilla: Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife cut the tortilla bread into 4 equal quarters and gently fold each quarter diagonally upwards to form a cone shape.
- Assemble the Cones: Place a spoonful of the filling mixture in the center of each cone. Glue the cone with flour and water and press on the edges to make sure it’s closed.
- Air Fry the Cones: Arrange the assembled cones in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for air circulation. Gently spray the tops of the cones with a light mist of SPRITZ Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray for added crispiness.
- Cook and Enjoy: Air fry the cones for 10-12 minutes, or until the cones are golden brown and flaky. Let the cones cool slightly before serving them with your favorite sauce.
