Ingredients:
For the Smash Burgers:
- Minced Beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- SPRITZ Original Cooking Spray- Sunflower Oil.
- SPRITZ Butter Cooking Spray.
For the Wrap:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Lettuce, sliced
- Tomato, sliced
- Onion, thinly sliced
- Your favorite burger toppings (pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo)
- SPRITZ Butter Cooking Spray
Instructions:
- Prep the Burgers: Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Heat a Grill/ Cast Iron Skillet: Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, lightly coat the bottom of the pan with SPRITZ Sunflower Oil Cooking Spray.
- Smash and Sear the Burgers: Place one burger patty in the hot pan. Using a spatula, press down firmly on the patty to smash it slightly thinner. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through to your desired doneness. Sprinkle some pepper if needed and flip it on both sides till it’s cooked then remove it.
- Assemble the Wrap: Lay out a tortilla on a plate. add your burger, Sprinkle with half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Top with lettuce, tomato, onions, and your favorite burger toppings.
- Fold: Carefully fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides like a burrito.
- Warm the Tortillas: Lightly coat the preheated grill/ cast iron with SPRITZ Butter Cooking Spray for flawless coverage. Place the tortilla wrap in the pan and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute per side, or until lightly golden brown and softened.

- Want a cheesier wrap? Add a slice of your favorite cheese directly on top of the burger patty before folding.
- Don't have a cast iron skillet? A heavy-bottomed frying pan will work just fine.
