Ingredients:
SPRITZ Olive Oil Cooking Spray
2 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the potatoes: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine potato wedges, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Cook the wedges: Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer. Lightly spritz the air fryer basket with SPRITZ Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping.
